About Member Registration
Membership is not required to place an order on this site. However, if you register as a member, you can save your purchase history and address information, making your next purchase more convenient.
There are no membership or annual fees.
◎How to register
- Please proceed to the New Member Registration page.
- Please enter your information on the new member registration page.
• All fields are required.
• Please set your email address to a valid address that you are using.
• Please register a password of at least 5 characters and alphanumeric characters. - You will receive a membership registration completion e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
◎Notice
- If your registered e-mail address is incorrect, we will not be able to send you e-mail from our store. Please make sure to enter your e-mail address correctly when registering.
- If your registered e-mail address is restricted, you may not be able to receive our e-mails. Please follow the settings of your cell phone company and cancel the domain rejection or set up a designated reception setting for “@hibino.com”.
About Order
◎How to order
- Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page to add the product to your shopping cart.
- Please click the “Continue Shopping” button if you wish to continue searching for products, or click the “Proceed to Checkout” button if you wish to proceed with your purchase.
- Once the checkout process is complete, a screen saying “Thank you! [Customer Name]” will be displayed.
- An “Order Completion E-mail” will be automatically sent to your order e-mail address.
◎Notice
- Placing an item in the cart does not mean that the item has been secured. The product is secured as soon as the order process is completed.
- You cannot place a combined order for pre-order items and regular items.
- We cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please place your order with your understanding.
- If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail (order completion e-mail), it may have been received in your spam folder, your e-mail settings may be incorrect, or your e-mail address may have been entered incorrectly. Please check your e-mail settings and contact us using the Contact Us form.
- Wrapping is not available.
◎About cancellation
As a rule, we do not accept order cancellations. Please understand this beforehand before placing an order.

- The credit card usage date (settlement date) is the “order date” for both in-stock items and pre-order items.
- Credit card closing dates vary depending on your credit card company. Please check with your credit card company.
- In the case of pre-order items, the payment may be debited before the item is delivered to you. Please understand this in advance.
◎Registration of Credit Card Number
Once you have registered your e-mail address and cell phone number with Shop Pay, you can easily make a payment without having to re-enter your credit card information by simply entering the 6-digit code that will be sent to your cell phone number via SMS the next time you make a purchase. Please note that the Shop Pay application does not support Japanese and does not allow you to enter your address in Japanese, so please register via the web page.

Returns and Exchanges
◎Returns and exchanges for customer reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer reasons.
◎Returns and exchanges due to product defects
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product by using the Contact Us Form, clearly stating the name of the product in question.
We will contact you after confirming the details of your order. Please note that we may refund your money if we are unable to provide a replacement product, such as a sold-out product.
<We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases>
- If you contact us after 14 days from the date of delivery
- If the item is returned without prior notice
- If damage or defects occur after the product has been used by the customer
- Requests for returns or exchanges made by someone other than the purchaser
- If the item was purchased through unofficial channels such as auction sites
- If the item was purchased at a store other than our company
- Issues caused by manufacturing specifications or individual product variations
- Any other cases where no defect is found based on our company’s policies
