If you have received an automatic confirmation email when your order is complete, your order has been successfully completed.
If you do not receive an email, please contact us using the inquiry form and we will check for you.
If you are a registered member, you can check your purchase history from your My Page .
After the product is shipped, you can issue the receipt yourself on the dedicated page.
We will send you a "Shipping Information" email after your order has been shipped that will include instructions on how to issue a receipt.
*Please note that we do not accept mailing or packaging receipts with products. Thank you for your understanding.
商品出荷後、専用ページにてお客様ご自身で発行が可能です。
出荷後にお送りする「発送についてのご案内」メールにて、領収書の発行方法をご案内しております。
※なお、領収書の郵送、および商品への同梱は承っておりません。何卒ご了承ください

■Returns, exchanges and repairs
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is defective or damaged, if parts are missing, or if the wrong item is delivered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
*If it is determined that the product does not work or that a malfunction or breakdown has occurred due to the customer's environment, usage method, peripheral devices, etc., we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
◎ If only the delivery box is damaged or dirty
Please check the item inside, and if it is not damaged or soiled, please accept it as is. Thank you for your understanding.
◎ If the product is also damaged or soiled
If the product is damaged or soiled during transportation, please contact the shipping company directly.
If you discover any damage or stains on your product after receiving it, please be sure to take a photo of the damaged or stained area, have the tracking number ready, and contact the Yamato Transport Service Center within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please note that the original box is a shipping box to protect the product inside, so it cannot be exchanged even if it is damaged or dirty.
